Fun with Suzie
Last night we had such a great time holding Suzie. She smiles a lot when we make different sounds. She's not much of a show off though so every time we have the video camera on her, she doesn't smile quite as much.
Hi Stephanie, my name is Jen, and my family and I have been tracking little Suzie's progress on your blog for a while now. We're also a sem family, and I keep seeing you in the nursing room, but have never met you. We're all praying for you guys and will lift up Suzie's surgery this week to the Lord. Thanks for sharing with us all and for being a wonderful example of faith and how the Lord can use such hard times to strengthen our faith and love for Him. The pictures are so great, she's getting bigger every time we see new pics!
Just so you know that we are still praying for you guys. We don't comment often - but we check back all the time. Thanks for being such faithful updaters. The pictures and videos are precious to say the least.
I've been praying for Suzie and for you guys each day and I'm encouraged to read the most recent updates! Hang in there, the Lord our God is on your side and His mercy is upon us! Much love, Janea
Hi Stephanie, I'm Jen's mom and she's been telling me about your baby girl. This is the first time I've looked at your blog and I'm so touched by the pictures of Suzie. She's so adorable and as you already know she's a wonderful gift from God. I will be praying for you all. While reading your blog I was reminded of something that I just read yesterday. It's from the notes in the Geneva Bible: "The end of the afflictions of the Saints is the glory of God, and therefore they ought to be precious unto us." God is faithful and will continue to sustain you throughout this time.
Kyle and I were married on November 11, 2006. Our precious daughter Suzie Lorraine was born on July 18, 2008, three months before her due date. We have seen God's love so much, especially these past several months. We praise Him for all His many gifts, but most of all for sending His Son to die for our sins.

So so precious! I can't believe she's smiling like that, great social-emotional development!
So cute in her little outfit!
If this isn't "fearfully and wonderfully made", I dunno what is.
